Purple Glorbs are enemies appearing in Pikmin: The After Years. They look like purple blobs with arms. Glorbs are also known to be completely stupid and clumsy, following their prey even if there is a chasm separating them. This specific type of gloopglob throws balls of poison sludge at Pikmin. White Pikmin are especially useful against them. Upon defeat, the Purple Glorb dissolves and disappears, leaving behind a random assortment of pellets. Like all gloopglobs, its appearance is based loosely on that of the ChuChu enemy from the Legend of Zelda franchise.

“ | The Venom Glorb is like most other members of its species, throwing around something relating to the element it represents. In this case, it throws around gelatinous blobs of poison. When the blob hits the ground, it creates a poisonous pool that can cause even the largest of creatures to drop dead within a few minutes. Like the other members of its family, it is full of mysteries. | ” |

The Venom Glorb is a species of gloopglob that appears in PNF-404 Pet Shop. It is a sea-green glob of slime with an arm-like appendage. It is not very intelligent, though caution should still be taken, as when it is provoked, it will throw the poison blob it carries around, making a pool of revoltingly disgusting poison that can kill any creature within a few minutes. This means that the Venom Glorb should be put in an enclosure away from any other creatures to prevent accidental slaughtering.
