The Stone Long Legs is an arachnorb appearing in Pikmin: The Key of Beginning. One serves as the boss of the Cavern of Redemption, where it holds the Impenetrable Distorter, which upgrades the leaders' suits so they have resistance to explosions. One later appears in the Magnetized Ruins, where it acts as a mid-boss and releases a single 20-pellet upon defeat.
A member of the arachnorb family, the Stone Long Legs is a spider-like creature and is the larval stage of the Beady Long Legs. Its shell is gray and appears to be made from a stone-like substance, rendering it impervious to anything but bomb rocks, necessitating the use of Orange Pikmin against it.

- “The Stone Long Legs is the larval form of a Beady Long Legs. Unique to the Stone Long Legs is that its skin generates a chemical-like essence that reacts with the air, causing its skin to become incredibly hard and rock-like, hence its name. Studies have yielded new information on where its seemingly impenetrable skin can be penetrated with the usage of explosions. The carbon dioxide slows down the reaction, causing the stone long legs' "true" form to be seen.”
