Should we consider protecting this page? I've noticed that it's liable to spam/vandalism/unwanted messages... ~ I'm Pik Fan23 and I approve this Bulborb. (Sysop)

Well, there seems to be a flood-in of new users. I am only a bud-ranked rollbacker, but am I permitted to welcome people?

I think that any experienced contributor, Rollbacker or not, can welcome a new user. You are an example of such, so you can. ~Pik Fan 23 ^(Admin)
