Re:About the cleanup project
Rest up and feel better soon. You've many friends here that can pick up where you left off. ~ Cheepy-Cheepy
No, they do not. This is elaborated upon in the Marching Onward forum, which should be read over alongside anything else in the Project Clean-Up category. So far, only area, cave, treasure, character, and ship articles must follow the "(<game name>)" naming scheme. This is done so games can have content with the same names but be completely different. Enemies, Pikmin, obstacles, hazards, and the rest can be named normally since they're generally going to be the same between iterations. It doesn't matter what you help with in terms of Project Clean-Up, so long as something's being done. There is content that should be prioritized over other, less important content, but I don't care so long as things are being worked on, since it will all ultimately be looked at anyways. Also, we already have a userbox for Mac users. ~ Cheepy-Cheepy .
Oh, I'd forgotten to mention that, when you're the first person to upload an enemy picture, no matter the game, specifying the game it is from is optional. The same rule applies to enemy icons. If you choose to specify the game's title, its initials go at the beginning of the filename, not the end. Many examples exist if you need reference points. I know Pikipedia's system for those is a bit different, and maybe they should be changed to match, but I digress. If a game's initials are the same as another game's, however, after the game's initials goes the name of the user who made that specific game. You can see examples of that with files starting with "PTT", as Pikmin: Treasure Trove and Pikmin: Treacherous Treasures share the same initials. Also, icons are necessary for many infoboxes now. The icons are used to represent items elsewhere on the wiki using {{icon}}, and if you don't have an icon ready, use an appropriate dummy icon instead. That's all for now. ~ Cheepy-Cheepy
