Conker Trunklaw

Main article: Conker Trunklaw

It is a massive tree-like creature with three spiny legs, and a fuzzy head dangling from its neck. At first, all that is visible of the creature is its head, seemingly just a large Gunklaw, but its full body emerges from the ground once approached. It walks around the arena and periodically swings its head around, shaking out electrified spores onto the ground that stun Pikmin. The Conker Trunklaw's body is too tough to damage, but in an attempt to kill stunned Pikmin, it will smash its head onto the ground, creating a short-ranged electrical shockwave and giving the player a chance to toss Pikmin at its vulnerable head.

Gunklaw

Main article: Gunklaw

The Gunklaw is a bagworm-like enemy, appearing in small groups hanging from branches outside the tree, or beneath outcroppings within the subarea. It drops down when approached and doesn't do much besides block the path of Pikmin and leaders, but when attacked, it will shake around to scatter electric spores that linger around for a bit and stun Pikmin.

Thornbobber

Main article: Thornbobber

The Thornbobber walks side to side, roughly following the position of a swarm of Pikmin in hopes of blocking them with its spiked stomach. When Pikmin approach, it pulls up its stomach and then releases it when they walk underneath, crushing them. It can also swat them away should they attempt to walk around it. Pikmin thrown directly onto its stomach don't fare much better as they end up stunned by the sharp spikes, and its purple armor is too smooth for Pikmin to get a hold on.
