He was looking through a telescope when [[Alph]] launched into space and he saw the [[PNF-404|Pikmin Planet]]. Something was not quite right. The planet was covered in what looked like a [[Dark Force|dark force]]. Olimar got in his new ship, the [[S.S. Orca (Pikmin: Dark Forces)|S.S. Orca]], and sped to the planet. | ||

Story
After the events that took place in Pikmin 3, Captain Olimar returned to Hocotate with the help of his Koppaite friends. He was looking through a telescope when Alph launched into space and he saw the Pikmin Planet. Something was not quite right. The planet was covered in what looked like a dark force. Olimar got in his new ship, the S.S. Orca, and sped to the planet.
