Poisonous Burrow-nit

Poisonous Burrow-Nits are actually advantageous enemies to have around. They are exactly the same as Cloaking Burrow-Nits but their shell has only one large red circle on it. They can eat only one Pikmin at a time, but if you can get them to spear an enemy instead of a Pikmin, it will steadily take poison damage until it is defeated. This can be useful in clearing out other nearby enemies that could give you more trouble than the Poisonous Burrow-Nit itself!
