The Snow Bulblax is an enemy that first appeared in Pikmin: The Bulblaxian War. It is a standard bulborb, except it's face is covered in ice, and it's back is covered in snow. It usually hides in snow, with the only visible part being their eyes, and when a captain or some pikmin come by, it jumps out, ambushing them. The best way to defeat it would be to lure it out with a captain, go back and grab needed pikmin, and then throw onto its back, since its face is too hard due to the ice. It holds the Timed Timer in The Temple of Ice.

Grub-Dog Family

This member of the Grub-Dog Family uses camouflage to its advantage. It hides in the snow, then ambushes its prey. The ice covering its face is due to the fact that snow on its back occasionally melts, and the water freezes on its face.

Ship's Notes

This stinky creature's ice (or is it snow?) is so freezing and so annoying, it combats the fire of Green Bulborbs in my hold.
