Notes
Olimar's notes
- “This bulborb has an internal organ that produces a chemical substance that burns on contact with air. It also has an incredibly rare chance to internally explode.”
Ship's notes
- “These bulborbs just have the nerve to catch on fire at random times. It even burnt up my pellet posy samples that I was going to study, and now the Pikmin are upset with me!”

Attacks | Uproots sprouts, eats Pikmin |
In Pikmin: Adventure of Four, Green Bulborbs, unlike other species of bulborbs, hunt during the day and sleep at night. The reason behind this is still unknown, but the most common theory is behind its most obvious characteristic, its arms, which it uses to dig up buried Pikmin. Since it's rare for Pikmin to be planted in the ground at night, this is the most possible reason why it's not nocturnal. Thankfully, this breed has less vitality than a Red Bulborb.

Green Bulborbs are a recently-discovered species of pygmy grub-dog in Pikmin: Sinister Incinerator. There are no breadbug mimics of this species as they would be far too small to defend themselves. They have pale pink faces and a green backside with black spots. They are about the size of an adult Bulbmin, and similarly to them, they never sleep, opting to patrol their territory in search of prey, a habit until now thought reserved for the subspecies known as bulbears. As pack hunters, Green Bulborbs are dangerous for pygmies and a threat to any creature that unknowingly wanders into their territory unprepared.
