A Watery Bulbear has awoken!
(NO REAL in pikmin79's Puffstool Attacks) This watery beast sleeps at all times, unless its attacked. If you hit it's back, he will launch water out of it's mouth. To take it down, either use Purples and stun him, or use Blues on his back, and attack him. It is only seen in Ice Cavern so far.
