Ceres' Flanks is a treasure in Pikmin: Shipwrecked Stargazers. It is a cassava root. Ceres' Flanks values at × 230, has a carrying weight of fifteen units, and can be carried by a maximum of twenty Pikmin at once. It is named after the Roman goddess Ceres.
Ceres' Flanks is located in the tropical rainforest of Creature's Quay. It is in an alcove surrounded by Bristly Tackgrowths. Rock Pikmin must be used to smash these obstructive plants apart, allowing access to the tuber. Beware of the array of enemies on the way back to the Lumberlift.

- “The root we've uncovered on the tropical island appears to bear many nutrients. Perhaps it will become a homestyle staple if we bring it back home, as it appears to be even healthier than the timeless, rustic potato! Let's see what we make of it!
Addendum: Analysis of the root has revealed dangerously high amounts of cyanide. Perhaps this is a task for Louie to take on before the vegetable goes commercial.”
