Kirkland Hooper is a Hocotatian astronaut appearing in PNF's True Discovery as the first person to truly discover PNF-404 in 1971. He didn’t return to Hocotate because he was attacked by a bulborb before being dragged away by it and disappearing forever. Kirkland’s fate and whereabouts on PNF-404 are unknown.
