The Mom-at-Legs is an arachnorb appearing in Pikmin 2: Man-at-Legs Testing Facility, in all difficulties, as the tenth boss. It only vaguely resembles a Man-at-Legs visually, sharing a cybernetic appearance, though the Mom-at-Legs is mostly white and more resembles a real-world spider. Every few seconds after being awoken, it lays a damage-resistant egg that will hatch into a Baby-at-Legs if not destroyed. Destroying the eggs before they hatch is crucial to avoid being overwhelmed by the Mom-at-Legs' offspring, though this may be difficult with few Pikmin and if the Mom-at-Legs opens fire at an inopportune time. Fortunately, the Mom-at-Legs can not lay eggs while firing. Most notably, the Mom-at-Legs is the last boss to be fought in bahbee mode difficulty.
