The Impact Site

This area is sacred to the pikmin. This is were Olimar crashed into the planet and met the pikmin. Upon this site they built a settlement named after their hero. They named it Olivert after Olimar.

Area Overview

You land where the Main Engine was in the original Pikmin. Through the door to the left is the Pikmin Temple where they worship the pikmin gods, Olimar being the king of the gods. After the game's second earthquake a hole opens up to the Arbiter's Grounds, the place where they buried the great pikmin heroes and the priests. Up the stairs from the landing site is the hub of the area, which doubles as the town square of Olivert. North of the square is where they Candypop Knights have managed to hole up the last of the hostile native creatures in a cave called the Snarrow Hole. Close to that is where the Pearly Clamclamps were in Pikmin1 and where you receive the Bronze Whistle and entrance into the Candypop Knights. In the western most part of town is a door not marked on the map. Through the door is a field of 1, 5, 7, and 10 Pellet Posies, don't go too far into the field or the Snagrets will get you. However if you hug the western wall and move across the field that way you will find the Nightmare Abyss.
