This is for users who have Signed up and Stayed on here for 17 days.They must have done 2 pages and oblige by the rules of this Organization.Must have 7500 Points Accumilated.They need to be nice enough,In my Eyes, to qualify.They are like Vice presidents.Every action made must be presented to an Explorer User who acknowledges it and presents it to a Captain.Explorers get a Bi-Weekly Allowence of 45 points
