The Ballistic Groink is a relative of the Gatling Groink. It has pink skin, a pink shield, blue eyes, and gray facial armor. Upon sighting viable targets, the Ballistic Groink's eyes shine, and instead of a cannon opening up for a snout, the gills on its sides split open to reveal dual rapid-fire pistols. Running directly towards the Ballistic Groink while it is firing away is extremely dangerous. The key to battling the creature is to hide behind cover, waiting for it to cease fire, and then emerging to attack it. As it rests and reloads, rush behind it and defeat before it is able to open fire once more. Ballistic Groinks are not common enemies, and the only overworld areas they appear in are Penumbra Plains and Merciless Mountains. When defeated, the Ballistic Groink will violently explode. Unlike the Gatling Groink, it does not revive after death.
