The Creeping Glowcap is a member of the chrysanthemum family that mimics the appearance of the Common Glowcap. It highly resembles the Creeping Chrysanthemum except instead of having a red mouth and green body, it has a green mouth and a blue-green body. While it is disguised, a Creeping Glowcap can be told apart from a Common Glowcap because it will periodically shift its position, causing its mushrooms to sway. After it reveals its true form, it will attempt to eat any nearby Pikmin. Should it miss, it will instead smack its body and then fall backward, flailing helplessly for a short time before righting itself. Swarming it or throwing Purple Pikmin onto it are effective methods to kill it, but leaders can also punch it to death to minimize Pikmin casualties.
