Although this breadbug perfectly mimics the appearance of a Starving Bulborb, it is ironically the most laid-back of all breadbug mimics. It won't even notice your Pikmin for the first few seconds that you run by them. Because of their very slow reaction time they are easily defeated or simply passed by. When a Pikmin is thrown on top, the Starving Bulborb dissolves into dust, leaving no carcass. If the Captains swarm it with Pikmin, however, it will leave a carcass. Knowing the carcass is brittle, the Pikmin will carry it slowly and carefully.
