Emperor Breadbug is an | Emperor Breadbug is an optional mini-boss in Pikmin: Attack of the Breadbugs. The Emperor Breadbug is a breadbug mimic of [[Emperor Bulblax]]. It also fights alongside [[Empress Breadbug]]. It attacks very similar to an Emperor Bulblax, but looks far from the same. Instead of having a mossy back, the Emperor Breadbug is shaped similar to a [[Giant Breadbug]], but it is between two hamburger buns, shaped so the bun covers everything but its face. It is found buried in the earth, with a majority of the top bun sticking out of the ground, similar to that of a mound. When the center of the top bun is stepped on, the Emperor Breadbug suddenly rises from the ground, and jumps out of it shortly afterward. The Emperor Breadbug will only return to its sleeping place when [[Captain Olimar]] and his Pikmin step off of it. To kill it, you must first weigh it down with [[Purple Pikmin]]. When it has too much weight on its back, the Emperor Breadbug collapses, it's legs and bottom bun compressing, allowing Olimar's Pikmin to attack the face of it. It must be weighted down with fifty Purple Pikmin the first time, sixty the second time, and eighty the third, making this a semi-challenging mini-boss. When killed, it releases a loud roar that knocks Pikmin and Olimar back while flailing around in one spot. It shrinks down slightly, and compresses heavily for easy transportation. | ||
