The Holes of Demons is a cave that has over 100 floors/sublevels and is laden with traps and monsters only found in this cave. There are many beasts here that when killed, museums and scientists would pay thousands of Pokos for them, there are many treasures down there that can be sold for a lot of money. The traps are deadly, poisonous, windy, spikey, and more.

Floors

First 30 floors

Also known as the Frozen Floors. These first thirtieth floors are frozen and covered in ice, with temperatures well below zero, making it hard for most Pikmin type to withstand the cold, except for the Sub-zero Pikmin. These floors often have artic-type enemies lurking and typically use ice and freezing water attacks.

Next 10 floors

The next 10 floors have water and plants on them. The beasts on this floor dwell in water and use water-based attacks.

Next 30 floors

The next 30 floors are laden with fire and lava. The beasts here can withstand extremely high temperatures and can use fire and lava to defend themselves from those who intrude.

Next 20 floors

The next 20 floors are where the pressure is so intense that even lava does not exist; it is all smashed into crystalline, minerals, and elements. The beasts that dwell here are infected with the Planet Plague more than any other area.

Next 9 floors

The next nine floors are where the workers of Planet Plague like Plague minions and Plaguelings are found. They protect the floors and fight for you, however, they infect your Pikmin and use them against you.

The final floor

The final floor is where you fight the Plague Emperor, the massive serpentine leader of the Planet Plague, as well as his horde of plaguing.

• For every 20 floors you pass, the onions meet you so you can get additional Pikmin.
