The '''Sporestool''' is a species of [[Sporovid family|sporovid]] appearing in ''[[Pikmin 2... Again?]]''. It is the immature form of the [[Puffstool]]. The Sporestool is a smaller {{w|mushroom}}-like creature with a green mushroom cap-like head to differentiate them from the Puffstool's, a reference to the [[Peacap Puffstalk]]. Its cap also has darker-colored, petal-shaped markings around the bottom. The Sporestool has two antennae ending in brownish-black eyes, and its body is rotund and cream-colored with a leg on each side. Compared to the Puffstool's legs, which have two-toed feet, the Sporestool's legs simply taper to a point, akin to the former's {{p1}} incarnation. The Sporestool is much weaker than its adult counterpart but is more common. The Sporestool wanders around its territory until Pikmin approach. Only its body is vulnerable as its rubbery head bounces Pikmin away.
