Uh.. Not to be rude but this page is useless.. Outside? Is it an Area??

Yes, it is considered an Area, but it is very large area.

I suggest changing the title, with a striking name rather than the imbroglio of a title you have.

I think it should be called something like "Grand Garden" or "Forest of Adventure" instead of "Outside". These are just some suggestions, you don't have to use these exact names. This also applies for Underground, as well.
