Colossal Twigbug is an enemy Pikmin 2... Again? resembling a stickbug but with an appearance reminiscent of a celery stalk. They patrol a set path, and Pikmin and leaders can use it as a method of transport similar to lily pads. Due to its size and the strength of its exoskeleton, it can't be harmed or killed.

- “Colossal Twigbug / Celossus ligtum / Twigbug family. This specimen is maybe one the biggest I have ever seen, and it seems patient enough to let us use it as transport. Their size allows them to reach high-up plants, being herbivorous. Its exoskeleton is also indestructible. I couldn't muster the courage to get under one because I don't want to get squashed by those legs, and they seem to have enough strength for that.”
