The Frosty Cottonflight is a meggpie in Pikmin 2... Again?. It looks like other cottonflights but has a cyan coloration. While trying to flee from Pikmin, its frantic wing flapping will produce icy wind until it inevitably lands on the ground, which can also freeze Pikmin as well as leaders.
