The Observation Window is a treasure in Pikmin: Revenge of the Darkfreeze. It is a handheld telescope located on the final sublevel of the Cave of Strength, guarded by two Dwarf Blue Bulborbs. Obtaining the Observation Window requires the involvement of Purple Pikmin, which are discovered nearby, as the weight is too much for Red Pikmin alone. Upon collection, the Observation Window, which is part of the Adventurer Kit, will unlock the Area Locator, granting access to the Forest of Peace.
