The Saw Bot is a fairly basic automaton used by the Z Syndicate in Pikmin: Shadows of the Future to clear land for their villainous construction projects. It is a green, cylinder-shaped robot with two legs, a single round ocular lens, and two arms ending in rotating saws. These characteristics make it somewhat resemble the Flamethrower Bot and the Drilling Digger. It wanders around aimlessly and chases leaders and Pikmin when they get too close. It will try to chop them up with its dual saws. To defeat it, throw large amounts of Pikmin, preferably Purple Pikmin, onto it until it dies.
