In Pikmin: The Insect Gourmet, Scallions usually remain slightly buried, becoming almost indistinguishable from regular Onions. When targeted, Pikmin will begin digging up the Scallion. After being unearthed, it starts attacking Pikmin by trying to stand over them and lapping them up with its long tongue.
