The Lover is a species of lover, a family closely related to the Hater but opposite in personality. They are known for loving everything they see. There are many Lovers in the world, however, the pink Lover is the only one seen. The Lover is a disembodied, floating face with two lines for eyes and two slanted eyebrows, forming a happy expression, and a large smile. When the Lover sees anything, including Pikmin, leaders, and enemies, it will become happy and produce a hand. It uses its hand to pet Pikmin, instantly flowering them, give leaders a thumbs-up, healing them, and pet enemies, healing them and resurrecting them if they are dead. The Lover always speaks in all lowercase with excessive exclamation marks and frequent spelling errors due to their joy. Due to their eternal love, the Lover never changes its happy expression at all, for all they care about is to love everything. The Lover cannot be defeated due to its health wheel being seemingly infinite.
