The Flying Emperor Bulblax is a dangerous, winged grub-dog appearing in Pikmin: The Huge Debt. Its size is about the same as that of the Emperor Bulblax in Pikmin 2, and its backside is red with black spots, Burgeoning Spiderworts growing from it. The creature can use its wings to fly, and it can grab up to five Pikmin at a time on its tongue to eat them. Fight the Flying Emperor Bulblax as if it were a normal Emperor Bulblax, but hide when it begins to fly. Defeating it will grant access to Sigan and the Goop Dispenser.
