The Crockle is an enemy appearing in Pikmin: The After Years. It is a dark red crocodile-like creature with green spots and purple claws, and typically found in groups of three or more. It takes five seconds to eat Pikmin it bites onto. A Crockle can be instantly defeated by landing a Pikmin directly on top of it, and while swarming isn't a good idea, it could work. It is best to stay away from these as they are not worth killing. Its appearance is based on that of the Klampon enemy from Donkey Kong Country 2: Diddy's Kong Quest.
