The Feral Bulblax is a savage-looking bulborb with coarse, rough brown hair. It has blood dripping from its pale teeth, showing its ferocity.

Behavior

The Feral Bulblax becomes alert as soon as Olimar and co. arrive at its location. It swiftly positions itself in a place that gives it an advantage over Olimar's Pikmin. (i.e. on a higher platform) Then it lunges at the Pikmin, taking up to 3 Pikmin per bite. Then it quickly withdraws from its assault and runs with up to 12 Pikmin in its mouth. It eats them one by one, stopping to chew Purple Pikmin.

Strategy

Attack it when it is either chewing Purples or lunging at your Pikmin group. An alternative is to throw a single Purple to pose as a distraction, and while the Feral Bulblax is chewing it, bombard it with Purples, stunning and hurting the beast.

Olimar's Notes

This particular Grub-Dog is a wild and ferocious kind. It is not to be trifled with, so when one is to challenge this monster, proceed with caution.
