The '''Rock Anode''' is a very hard boss. It runs around crushing averting in its path, jumps to cause boulders and shockwaves to appear, generates a magnetic field electrocuting every Pikmin in the field, and shoots lasers from its eyes burning every non-[[Red Pikmin]] it hits! It looks a bit silly and is made of many pebbles and wires.

It is very hard to defeat due to its wide range of deadly attacks and lightning fast speed. Due to its magnetic field it is best to use [[Yellow Pikmin]] to prevent instant death. Even then it is extremely hard, especially if you do not have a suit upgrade against fire and electricity. Purple Pikmin are an alternative but they are slow and vulnerable to its elemental attacks.

The Rock Anode is a strange stone creature that is about the same size as a Spotty Bulbear. It can crush Pikmin while it aimlessly runs around its arena, and it can cause boulders to fall from the ceiling when it stomps after being damaged. The Rock Anode can only be damaged using Purple Pikmin or bomb rocks, but the latter causes the most damage to the creature.
