The Snoring Chrysanthemum is a relative of the Creeping Chrysanthemum and is the mature version of the Snoozing Chrysanthemum. It normally disguises as a Blue Margaret when waiting for prey, but sometimes it can be found sleeping above ground. Like the Snoozing Chrysanthemum, the Snoring Chrysanthemum is often shrouded in a black and red smog that causes all Pikmin touching it to fall into a deep slumber. Affected Pikmin can be awoken by repeatedly whistling them, but they often cannot be saved due to the Snoring Chrysanthemum crushing any sleeping Pikmin it walks over. When at critical health, the Snoring Chrysanthemum will bellow, summoning all nearby Creeping Chrysanthemums and related creatures to its location to fight alongside it. The only way to harm the Snoring Chrysanthemum with Pikmin is to wait for its gaseous shroud to temporarily dissipate, which it does frequently. The creature cannot regenerate its shroud while it is being attacked.
