Blue Glorbs are gloopglobs appearing in Pikmin: The After Years. They look like blue blobs with arms. They are stupid and clumsy, willing to pursue prey even if a pit separates them. This species hurls balls of water at leaders and Pikmin and can only be attacked using Blue Pikmin. Upon defeat, a Blue Glorb will dissolve and disappear, leaving behind pellets. Like all gloopglobs, its appearance is based loosely on that of the ChuChu enemy from the Legend of Zelda franchise.

The Waterspout Glorb is a species of gloopglob that appears in PNF-404 Pet Shop. It is a translucent glob of slime with a nozzle-like appendage. This species of gloopglob is more intelligent than the others. When provoked, it will shoot out a stream of water that is harmless to most creatures. This also means that this is the only gloopglob that is harmless to nearly every creature.
