The Camalak is a camel-like horta appearing in Pikmin: The Continents. It inhabits deserts and defends itself, and its calf if it has one, from predators such as Desert Pikmin and larger animals by spitting sticky saliva onto them, temporarily immobilizing Pikmin, or by kicking those behind them, reducing a Pikmin's maturity by one stage or stunning it instead if it is already at the leaf stage. Camalaks also are not affected by the serrated leaves of Desands.
