Dwarf Smoky Bulborbs appear in Pikmin: The War of the Pikmin Planet and are, unlike many dwarf bulborbs, actually grub-dogs. They are juvenile Smoky Bulborbs and have the characteristic smoke-enveloped backside which Pikmin can not touch. The young grub-dogs are highly aggressive and always mobile and can eat Pikmin at an above-average rate compared to other dwarf bulborbs.
