The Froaga is an amphituber found only in Plumber's Pipe, acting as the main threat of sublevel four of the cave, in Pikmin: New World. It resembles a smaller version of the Wogpole, except with a darker skin tone and larger eyes. They travel in schools and swarm anything that so much as steps into the shallow water they hunt in that covers a majority of the sublevel. Though their Wogpole cousins are harmless and flee when approached, Froagas are highly violent and predatory creatures. Pikmin and leaders such as Captain Olimar are both equally as vulnerable to them. Froagas attack their prey as a group, knocking over leaders and Pikmin by ramming into them at full speed. Once a Pikmin is knocked over, a Froaga will leap out of the water to skewer it on its sharp, rounded tail, killing it. Froagas can not be killed, but they can be temporarily stunned by hitting them a few times, either with a Pikmin or with a leader's punch.
