The Leaping Squirochomp is a batasquirrel in Pikmin 2... Again?. This yellow and striped creature seems to be a mix between a flying squirrel and a bat, having a big round head and the body of a squirrel, but with a bat's beady eyes, signature mouth, and flaps of skin between its arms. It has the same unique attribute of the Brown Pikmin to glide through the air and to cling onto walls and climbing trees, but also climb the latter. If spotting Pikmin, it'll try to swoop at them and eat any it catches, but during this, if it hits something, it'll fall and be stunned for a time before getting back up.
