Brown Pikmin, also known as Glider Pikmin, are Pikmin species in Pikmin 2... Again?. Like most other new species, they have blue petals. After being thrown or jumping from a higher elevation, Brown Pikmin can glide through the air using flaps of skin between their arms, gracefully passing over enemies and hazards that would hurt them otherwise. They do five times the amount of damage to obstacles than they do to enemies, and have a small chance to automatically dodge enemy attacks. They can also cling to walls; whistling a special command to them at that point will make them leap off and glide away from the wall, and whistling to them while they are gliding will cause them to join the leader.
