The Muskaloom is a mushloom appearing in Pikmin: The Return, found only in the Dusk Den. While it resembles a Puffstool, the Muskaloom is in no way related to it. Muskalooms hunt by camouflaging themselves as ordinary mushrooms, then crushing any prey, such as leaders or Pikmin, that approach too closely to eat them. They can also, instead of crushing prey, spread deadly spores that kill any Pikmin they come into contact with.
