The Spikecrawler is a boss Pikmin: Gold/Silver/Bronze. This surprisingly fast mineroa is covered in spikes, which can easily skewer and kill Pikmin, and has a large tail, allowing it to easily crush many Pikmin at a time. On top of that, it can fire spikes at its prey and eat them as well. Only Gold Pikmin can harm it, either when the creature's spike-ball tail is stuck in the ground for ten seconds after having slammed it down or when it is stuck against a wall after charging. In either scenario, its legs are vulnerable to attack. Directing Pikmin toward any other part of its body at any time, even while it is vulnerable, will kill them instantly upon contact.
