The Volt Beeb is a robotic enemy found in Pikmin: Decayed Leaf. The creature resembles a regular Worker Beeb, but it is completely yellow in color and its body resembles a large, glass lightbulb. The Volt Beeb patrols a set path, and if it spots Pikmin, it will charge them. Once it gets close, it will prime an electric charge over the course of 4 seconds before unleashing it, creating a comparatively massive electrical field around the size of a dead end in a cave. Following this, the Volt Beeb must regain its energy for 10 seconds, allowing for attack. Any Pikmin caught by the Volt Beebs electrical attack will be shocked and killed; as such, Yellow Pikmin are best for the job due to their shock immunity. Rubber Pikmin can also redirect the volts back to the Beeb to destroy it.
