The Dwarf Purple Bulbear is the juvenile form of a species of bulbear appearing in Pikmin: Spark, exclusively in underground dens. As their name suggests, the bodies of Dwarf Purple Bulbears have a deep purple hue, with magenta-colored eyes and indigo skin. Such coloration is given to them by their diet of ultra-bitter berries, passed down to them by their parents, and as a byproduct of this, they tend to have issues with bad gas. More importantly, the diet of ultra-bitter berries makes them immune to ultra-bitter spray, being the only creature alongside its adult form to have this quality. They are also immune to being poisoned by White Pikmin, meaning there are fewer ways to deal with these creatures, making them more dangerous as a whole.
