The Cave of Strength is a cavern in the Salvation Site. It is the first cave in Pikmin: Revenge of the Darkfreeze. It is also where Purple Pikmin are first found.

Sublevel 2

• Violet Candypop Bud x3

Another small, circular room. Two Dwarf Blue Bulborbs are guarding a hallway to another room with the Violet Candypop Buds, the Observation Window, and the geyser out. Tossing Pikmin into the buds will give you Purple Pikmin.
