Crimson Candypop Buds are red Candypop Buds found in the canonical series. When non-Red Pikmin are thrown into the Crimson Candypop Bud, they change into Red Pikmin.

In Pikmin: Attack of the Breadbugs, Crimson Candypop Buds can be found in the Inferno Territory. Three of them form a triangle shape on a small ashy island connected to the mainland by a small path. Each Crimson Candypop Bud converts ten Pikmin of any color before quickly wilting and disappearing. They regenerate every three days.
