The Armored Dwarf Bulborb are a stronger Dwarf Bulborb Ressembling a Dwarf Orange Bulborb With larger fangs, the ability to scream for help from their pack, the ability to leap fowards to their enemy or prey, and cannot be crushed by throwing a pikmin on their backs. The armored dwarf bulborbs have spikes on their backs which limit the ability for a pikmin to kill them by tramping on their back to only rock pikmin, since the spikes will kill any soft-skinned pikmin. The Armored Dwarf Bulborbs live in large packs of around 18 individuals to assure mutual protection. If they see a threat in close range, they will scream akin to a Dwarf Spotty Bulborb in Pikmin 1 to alert their group of the imminant threat. They have, however, shorter detection range, but their detection range is still large.

Pacifism
The optimal route when you encounter a pack of Armored Dwarf Bulborbs is to ignore them, as the places they will be in will have alternative routes which the player can use and the player's Pikmin will use.
Warmongery
A player might need to take their purple pikmin, as dealing with a group of Dwarf Armored Bulborbs is hard. Be sure to not hit the back and always on their sides with spicy spray or bitter spray, as they, akin to Bulborb Larvae can obliterate your army of pikmin in short amounts of time. An alternative way is to use the captains and dodge every one of the Dwarves' attacks while delivering thy own punches.

They have evolved as a biological response to Pikmin being in a more predatory position by becoming faster, stronger, and more pacifistic. They often live in packs of 18 and are oftenly close to a certain sort of water supply or food supply. They also have formed closer relations to Breadbugs, in a symbiotic relationship in which the Breadbugs provide food and the Armored Dwarf Bulborbs provide Protection.”
