Talk:Panic

From Pikmin Fanon

In my personal opinion, I feel like ink should be separate from panic, since it’s two different types of effects, and it doesn’t really make sense for a type of Pikmin to be immune to Ink because it doesn’t get afraid, If you get what I mean. (I understand why their the same because they’re similar effect, but I feel like they should still be separated)

  • Here’s my proposal for a change:
    • ink becomes separate from panic and is under the umbrella “blinding” with it basically being an effect. since panic is more of a physical thing that involves touching or roaring instead of expelling a element.
Makes sense to me, panic has a very different visual effect on Pikmin that have it compared to ink. (I actually thought ink was poison for the longest time, it looks too much like that.) – P4 Bearded Amprat icon.png A Friendly Amprat (Talk | Contribs | Projects)
But both work in the same way. That's why they are the same thing. Blower Pot icon.pngBlower Pot Talk | Contributions | Fanon game
I'm not sure, are Purple Pikmin immune to ink? – P4 Bearded Amprat icon.png A Friendly Amprat (Talk | Contribs | Projects)
Ink isn't in Pikmin 2, and this game is the only one which Purple Pikmin are resistant to panic, so you can't know based they aren't anymore resistant to any form of panic after Pikmin 2. I always though they were resistant to panic cause they were so OP they feared nothing. But in fanon games, Purple Pikmin can still resist panic, a example is in Pikmin 2... Again? (which panic is their main resistance, which is now a more common hazard there to the point of having a obstacle that uses panic) where I got a idea that they would just clean the ink out of them instead of panicking like other Pikmin, though it would make them to stop for a second, unlike other forms of panic.
