How do I add a file too an article

Stretch Your Ambulatory Roots

I'd assume that you're going to lore the heck out of the Plasm Wraith, Pikmin, Onions, etc. in The Final Stretch? Also, it says the Plasm Wraith "becomes helpless because it loses every ounce of its power." Does this mean it dies, or it just escapes again, possibly for a postgame thing?
