The Dino Burrow-nit is a prehistoric member of the burrow-nit family appearing in Pikmin: The After Years, found in only a single cave, Lost Land. It has lime-green skin, red legs and eyes, and an orange shell with green markings resembling a menacing face with red eyes. It attacks by attempting to skewer Pikmin on its proboscis and injure leaders using it. Dino Burrow-nits can skewer up to three Pikmin before devouring them. Swarming the face of a Dino Burrow-nit will result in its swift death, but so will rapidly throwing Purple Pikmin on top of it.
