Command and Pikmin enemies
- See: Command and Pikmin
Many of Command and Pikmin's enemies are Hocotatian or similar races working as soldiers for Kriegheart, the game's antagonist. Only wild animals will be placed onto the wanted enemy articles list. Also, a lot of the new enemies are of the "Raptor" family, which might be worth creating a new family for, or we can merge it into one of the many bird-reptile hybrid families on Pikmin Fanon.
- Chick-Raptor
- White Wollywog (might be just a regular old Wollyhop...)
- Raven Raptor
- Owl Raptor
- Hawk Raptor
- Falcon Raptor
- Eagle Raptor
- Crow-Raptor
- Ray-Dumple – Also known as "Ray-Shark" when domesticated.
- Flipper Shrimp – Also known as "Dolphin" when domesticated.
- Four-Winged Raptorr – Also known as "Hawk" when domesticated, and "4-winged Raptorr" ingame.

Pikmin Chronicles enemies

Editor's description: "the term dark enemies refers to enemies in Pikmin Chronicles that are infused with the power of radiation, whose source will be revealed later in the story. Dark enemies can only be killed by being punched by leaders or with the use of Black Pikmin. Most dark enemies are black in color and have red or purple patterns on them."
- Dark Progg – a progg that can create a small shockwave of radiation. It has red eyes.
- Dark Wisp – a black honeywisp that drops eggs full of Mitites, although sometimes the eggs may instead contain a dose of ultra-bitter spray.
- Dark Emperor Bulblax – a very difficult boss, it resembles a cross between an Emperor Bulblax and a Fiery Bulblax because its skin appears to be melting. It has very sharp teeth, and red eyes.
- Dark Titan Dweevil – a very powerful boss, and one of the last ones encountered.
Pikmin: New World enemies
- See: Pikmin: New World
- Reptilium – a reptilian creature. The "Yellow Reptilium" also appears later in the game as a stronger variant.
- Glowpod – an unassuming creature that can glow. It may have some connection to Glowcaps.
- Pitchbug – an insectoid enemy that spreads tar or pitch.
- Squitter – a slimy creature that can sometimes be carried and dropped by Honeywisps.
- Flying Kangarin – an avian creature with the ability to take flight. Judging by the name, it may have had some features reminiscent of a kangaroo.
Pikmin: Sagittarius' Adventure enemies
- Infectinite – A hazardous substance created by Balim that spreads ligma to nearby creatures.
- Ryder – An ally of Balim encountered in the Sandy Sinkhole who rides the Empress Bulblax like a rodeo bull.
- Abyssal Beast – A massive and nearly indestructible creature that romps around the Deserted Town. Only its head can be damaged.
